About Mark

A little about me.

Hello, I’m Mark, a psychosynthesis counsellor based in London.

I offer a warm, caring and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what is happening in your life.

My journey into counselling

My path into counselling has grown over many years. I spent much of my working life in the corporate world, alongside a longstanding interest in personal development, relationships and what gives our lives meaning.

I have also lived through loss, anxiety and painful periods of change. Having experienced the support of therapy myself, I came to understand how powerful it can be to feel truly heard.

Eventually, I chose to make supporting others my life’s work. It is a decision that feels deeply meaningful to me.

What matters to me

I am passionate about helping people explore and discover their potential, wherever they may be on their journey through life.

My aim is to build a trusting relationship where you feel heard, understood and supported as you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

I bring kindness, honesty and an open, non-judgemental approach to our work together.

My experience

I have supported adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, relationship difficulties, addiction, identity-related concerns, work stress and burnout, chronic illness and major life transitions.

My experience spans charitable placement work, private practice and mentoring, alongside many years in professional environments.
