Meet Mark

Hello, I’m Mark.

Mark Hardy, MBACP
PGDip Psychosynthesis Counselling

I’m Mark Hardy, a psychosynthesis counsellor based in London.

I offer a warm, caring and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what is happening in your life, without needing to have all the answers.

My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and discover what truly matters to you.

Areas I can help with

Whatever brings you here.

There are many reasons why someone might seek therapy. You may be experiencing something specific, or simply feel that something in your life needs attention.

Anxiety, stress & overwhelm

When worry, pressure or a sense of being stretched too thin begins to shape your days.

Grief, bereavement & loss

Making room for loss in its many forms, at a pace that feels bearable.

Relationships & family patterns

Understanding the patterns we carry, and how they show up in the people closest to us.

Self-worth, shame & identity

Exploring how you see yourself, and gently questioning the stories that hold you back.

Burnout, work & life direction

Pausing to consider what you need, and what truly matters to you now.

Sexuality & LGBTQ+ experiences

An affirming space to explore identity, relationships and experience, on your own terms.

Compulsive behaviours & coping patterns

Looking with curiosity, not judgement, at the ways we have learned to cope.

Neurodivergence & difference

Making sense of feeling different, and finding ways of living that fit who you are.

“Whatever brings you here, we can take time to explore what is happening in your life, together.”

My approach

An approach that sees the whole person.

My work is grounded in psychosynthesis, a humanistic and integrative approach that recognises we are more than the difficulties we experience.

Therapy can help us understand what may be holding us back, while also exploring our strengths, values and potential for personal growth.

At the heart of our work is the relationship we build together.
